Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)
Thank you for shopping at Cubist Corner. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it applies exclusively to digital products.
1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping
All products sold on CubistCorner.shop are digital downloads.
Once payment is completed, customers receive instant access to downloadable files. No physical items are shipped.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted
- Once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be returned
This policy exists because digital files cannot be “returned” after delivery.
3. Exceptions – Technical Issues
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable
- The file provided is different from what was described
- The download link is not working and we are unable to resolve it
In such cases, we will first attempt to:
- Re-send the correct file, or
- Provide a working download link
Refunds are issued only if the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Requesting Support
To report a technical issue:
- Email us at cubistcorner.care@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings may be requested for verification
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
5. Accidental Purchases
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Lack of required software or skills to use the digital product
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
Please ensure the product meets your requirements before completing checkout.
6. Unauthorized Sharing & Misuse
Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or support requests if we detect:
- Repeated refund attempts
- File misuse or redistribution
- Fraudulent activity
