Refund policy

 

At Cubist Corner, we sell digital products. Due to the nature of digital artwork, all purchases are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted file, or experience any technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at cubistcorner.care@gmail.com. We will promptly provide the correct files or assist in resolving the issue.

For custom design projects, advance payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
